Arsenal 0 - 2 Atheltico Madrid

Good game by A.Madrid.. I didnt stand a chance as Arsenal .. But this game has to have the stupidest goal that I have ever conceded.. the action was in box and I had the ball which a couple of my defenders cleared out of the box .. to the right .. and the goalie .. TOOK OFF .. chasing the ball .. I watched in horror .. as the ball was passed to reyes .. with an open goal in front of him .. to neatly tap it in .. pale

Good games LenniTroon

Middlesbrough 1 - 1 Athelico Madrid

and again

Middlesbrough 1 - 1 Athelico Madrid

Greatly contested games both of them, could have been 2 - 1 to 'boro, but I didn't wanna do the lame thing of passing across whilst the net was empty lol :p

Middlesbrough 0 - 6 Athletico Madrid

V. Good game from LenniTroon, although my keeper and defense may aswell have stayed at home. Frustration on my part lead to a stupid red card in the 70' minute for L Young.

I know this is a bit late with the fixtures getting decided soon, but is there any chance I can swap from Middlesbrough to Birmingham City as I have more luck with them than with 'boro lol.

3 games against middlesborough here.

Athletico 1 - 1 Middlesborough

well taken goal by aliadiere here.
slack defence allowed reyes to equalise almost immediately

Athletico 1 - 1 Middlesborough

again cracking strike from Arca to open the scoring
had to wait till the stroke of half time for Aguero to equalise
not much else in it.

Athletico 6 - 0 Middlesborough

Athletico 2 - 0 up by 20mins thanks to Forlan
Aquerro made it 3 - 0 soon after
Forlan brought down and only a yellow card shown to woodgate suprisingly for a last man tackle.
Forlan makes it 4 - 0 from the spot

second half started just as the first finished with Motta taking advantage of a mix-up in defence to make it 5 - 0
Luke young then seen red which i must admit was a bit debatable although Aquerro would have been clean through if not brought down
Simao goes close with the resulting freekick.

Forlan then makes it 4 for him and 6 for athletico deep into injury time
middlesborough lucky not to concede a 7th late on.

felt sorry for middlesborough, just well taken goals by Athletico.

if you press directional pad left. or whatever OT is on your directional pad, you're defenders will all move up and hopefully catch the furthest forward player offside when he gets the ball.
didnt really work mfor me Neutral

ooh .. the offside trap .. yeah i never trust that one .. am comfortable with the my last 4 as deep as possible .. i used to play FB+ZD on ps2 all the time last year .. Very Happy .. u see .. am very lazy .. so u can come all the way to the box before i try to tackle u .. hehe ..

or not as our last few games have proved since i put the ball into the net Razz
and you had to rely on your keeper to fail at my first goal last match Wink

Forgot to log these over the weekend:

Atletico Madrid 3 - 0 Ajax : At. Madrid's wingers scare the crap out of me !

Juventus 3 - 1 Ajax : Evenly poised first half (0-0), then 10 minutes of madness where I conceded 3 goals in quick succession. Pulled one back (first goal in 4 matches!!!!!) but too little too late.....

if its any consolation to you, my 6-0 demolition of middlesborough today was also courtesy of my winger's being on form Razz

Athletico Madrid 4 - 1 Sevilla

well played game here, fast paced, think my wingers just had the better of him in this game, still confused about my 3rd goal and how it was a penalty
id actually thought they'd called me offside at first. hmm

Athletico Madrid 3 - 1 Sevilla

another well played game. again i think i just had the better of him down the wings and through the middle.
and i applaude him for my first goal, own goal, due to the fact our connection cancelled when i was 1-0 up in the game before we retried so i think him for starting it as we finished.

still looks like sevilla are hunting for this elusive win against athletico though Wink

Arsenal 2 - 2 Athletico Madrid

i had a moment of madness in this game where i managed to get maniche sent off while i was 1-0 up
but alas i had to play with 10 men for 70minutes of the match, Arsenal did well to take the lead but a good finish from aguero meant the match stayed at evens

Good games from LennieTroon again

Middlesbrough 2 - 2 Altheico Madrid

Middlesbrough 1 - 6 Athelico Madrid

Couldn't handle the wingers again, had a few stupid yellow cards. Game summed up from the 5'th minute goal, or own goal I think. lol

(cough) Next time I'm snapping your wingers legs, specially the one who runs against Pogatetz. (/cough) lol

Well played though Lennie
