Is it possible to make an extra subforum for arranging matches as it would be easier and wouldn't required the players to be online at the same time :p

Posts could look something like

Topic: Player - Team vs Team - Player . (IE Qurator - Middlesbrough vs Seville - RabEss1879)

Body:

Time supposed to be played: 8.00pm Thursday 21st
Available days and times: Tuesday 4pm - 6pm, wednesday 4pm - 6 pm

etc
